·  To safeguard the interest of guides through their tour operators and agents

· To raise specific emergency funds to pay for guides to be evacuated and be treated in case of sickness and / or accidents.

· To organize and provide training that covers basis safety issue in the interest of both guides and tourist health concerning, such as symptoms of altitude sickness. Opportunities for training will be provided to those guides who wish to further their career and personal development.

· To establish channels of communication with donor funding agents, companies and other guides interested organizations world wide.

· To plan for projects that can be collaborative among guides to improve guides live sustainability.
